Romain Thirion est un scénariste et réalisateur de films basé à Paris. Après huit ans dans l'industrie des effets spéciaux, notamment à Londres et à Paris, il écrit et réalise désormais des films incorporant de discrets effets visuels, toujours au service de l'histoire.
Ses films incluent notamment La Pelle et la Bête (lauréat de prix Sens Critique au Nikon Film Festival 2026), Hybrids (lauréat du Nashville Film Festival 2018, VES Award 2018, Trickfilm Festival 2018,...) ou encore 9VIES (finaliste Nikon Film Festival 2026).
Romain Thirion is a screenwriter and film director based in Paris. After height years working in the visual effects industry, notably in London and Paris, he now writes and directs films that incorporate subtle visual effects, always in service of the story.
